Hey everyone,
I wonder if anyone even watches me anymore. XD Oh well, it doesn't matter because it seems I'm going to be this inactive for years now. I have 3 years of uni to go, and after that I'm going to be working as a vet or training to specialise in avian medicine. So I guess my time with DeviantArt is over now, it was good when it lasted, but it's time to move on with life.

I'll still blog here occasionally though.
I've just finished my 2nd year of vet science, I can't believe how fast time has gone. I remember the days when I had no clue if I'd get accepted.
I JUST managed to scrape through 2nd semester, with one of my grades being 52% (pretty close huh?). I had a bit too much fun that semester, but what's wrong with having fun?

I will definitely concentrate harder next year though, because they say 3rd year (1st semester especially) is the hardest part of the whole degree.
I have no time to draw during the uni. As much as I'd like to, I have a job + 30 hours a week of uni, and the amount of studying outside of uni takes up a lot of time too. It's quite sad that I don't have the time to draw, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make. Vet students have no life!
Buuut, it is my break now and I have been doing some art. I've been chosen to design T-shirts for the veterinary society (VetSoc) in my university!

I was quite thrilled when they asked me. Here are a couple of designs I've been working on:

I think it'd be pretty cool to see people wearing T-shirts with my designs on them. XD
When the exams were finally over, my boyfriend planned a trip up north from Sydney. I invited some of my friends and he invited some of his (all of us being vet students, all of us nerds!). It was a pretty epic trip, we went sand boarding, dolphin and whale watching, bush walking, playing on the beaches etc.

It was a great way to celebrate the end of the year.

My boyfriend's in Hong Kong now, it's cheesy to say this I know, but I really miss him.
I'm still stuck in Sydney, but I'm flying back to my hometown soon. It was my first time spending Christmas without my family, I was working that day lol. But my other friend is also stuck in Sydney away from her hometown, so we spent Christmas together. Oh and my little sister is here visiting me.

A lot has happened in 2nd year. Too much to write in this measly little journal entry. Memories that I will cherish forever.
Oh, and thank you to my sister for drawing me this birthday gift:

Well I guess I'll end it here, I've gotta go!
Hope everyone has been well while I've been dead from the internet. Ciao!
