This is a gift to my older sister who is now 18 years old (8th January)! We both love Zelda games, and though my love for them is strong, my sister's love for them is the greatest I've ever seen.

My sister has been my idol in so many ways. She was more than a sister, she was my best friend. No one could seperate us; we weren't seen without the other.

It seems like yesterday that we were in our bedroom playing with our dolls and toys, just to think how time flew by. However, now that she's an adult, I realize things will never be the same. I realize we will never be as close as we were because we will are taking different paths. But I miss our golden times. When we were together on the carpet, playing the N64 or SNES, voicing the characters and having fun. Or the times with our cousins and the serious effort we put into our gameboys and pokemon cards.

We never had the chance to have a best friend, not with the constant times of moving schools, houses and states. So it's a blessing we had each other.

I would always follow her footsteps and she was always one step ahead of me, especially in art. I remember how I ripped her pokemon drawing because I was jealous. Of course we had fights (and recently they are more frequent), but there was always fun and laughter.

Sometimes I wish for those times to return because... those were the happiest times in my life. I want to go back to the past and relive those golden times. But it's impossible.

However, I can assure her that no matter what happens, no matter what this mysterious future holds for us, that I will always love her and she will always be my sister.

I will keep praying for those time sto return, I will keep waiting for a miracle. Happy birthday!
